If you like the looks of one of the homes, however you only want the features from another collection to save money. We can customize it for you. I. E. If you'd like the Luxury Premier Design of the home however, you only want the features and options of the Luxury Plus Collection. to save money. We can customize any of the homes amongst the three collections. Likewise, if you want a 20 foot home with the features of the Luxury Premier 40 foot homes you can customize any size across the styles as well.

Place Your Deposit
Place a $1,000 refundable 5 day design deposit to confirm your order. This secures your spot and gets everything moving. We'll handle the rest from here.
Manufacturing Begins
Once your order is confirmed, we get to work. Your home is custom-assembled in 9-12 weeks, and we make sure every detail is perfect before it's ready to ship.
Receive Your Delivery
We'll arrange for your home to be delivered safely to your site. Right on schedule - wherever you need it.
Move In and Enjoy
It's all yours. Start living, renting, or working in your new space right away. No delays, no stress - just the Home you've been waiting for.
