All home sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. This applies to both custom-built and in-stock container homes, regardless of payment method (credit card, ACH, PayPal, Shop Pay, Enhancify financing, Preferred Funding or others).
We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:
The one and only exception to the refund policy is the $1,000 Design Deposit. Buyers will be allowed 5 days to receive a refund if they email Support@aprefabtinyhome.com within 5 days of paying the design deposit.
All custom-built container homes are manufactured to your selected specifications. Therefore:
If your unit cannot be delivered due to permit issues, we may offer to list it on our marketplace for resale. If successfully sold, we will remit payment to you, minus a 15% resale commission. This resale option is discretionary, not guaranteed, and does not create an obligation to find a buyer within any set timeframe.
If your unit is damaged in transit:
Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery and include complete photo or video documentation.
The presence of shipping damage does not alter the terms of sale or entitle the customer to cancel or return the unit unless expressly required by applicable law.
Your home is protected by comprehensive warranty coverage:

In addition to the formal warranty, Prefab SmartLiving Homes may provide free replacement parts for certain issues (e.g., sink faucet, door handle, water heater parts) at our discretion. Shipping charges may apply.
Important: Warranty claims do not entitle customers to refunds or cancellations. Remedies are limited to part replacement or repair as specified in the warranty program.
Orders financed through a third party (e.g., Enhancify) are subject to the same no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-chargeback terms. Your payment method does not alter these obligations.
