PreFab SmartLiving Home’s Luxury Plus and Luxury Premier
Collection can be customized to meet or exceed local building codes and safety standards. Each home is carefully inspected and tested to ensure it’s safe, durable, and ready for long-term living.

The standard ceiling height inside is approximately 7’8”-8’6”
center for our luxury premier models. If you require a higher ceiling, we offer customization options to meet your needs, please request
from one of our consultants.

While our Luxury Collection has adequate energy efficiency for many climate zones, We have enhanced Our Luxury Plus and
Luxury Premier Collection homes for to have an upgraded energy efficiency for comfort:

Absolutely! Our homes are designed for easy self-installation. We provide a detailed step-by-step guide along with a written manual to walk you through the entire process.

Yes! If you choose to install your home yourself, we offer remote
assistance via phone and email to help you through any questions or challenges. Our team is ready to support you to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

Aconcrete slab is not required, but a stable foundation is
recommended for long-term durability. Options include pier
footings, a compacted gravel base, or other leveling solutions
depending on your site conditions. We can also provide optional
Support Leg Stands or a Tow Trailer, if you want a Moveable Home.

Make sure your land is ready for a stress-free delivery. Here’s what to check off:

• Ground is clear of trees, rocks, and debris.
• Site is level, firm, and compact.
• No overgrown vegetation or soft spots.
• Proper drainage is in place to prevent water pooling.
• The delivery path is open and unobstructed

PreFab SmartLiving Home Foundation Options
The most popular foundation is a concrete slab poured directly onto the ground. It’s typically reinforced with mesh or rebar and built
with thicker edges for long-term strength.
Utility Setup
All utility connections, including water, electrical, sewage, and gas (if applicable), should be completed before your home arrives. We recommend working with a licensed professional to ensure
everything is safe and ready to connect when your home arrives.
DeliveryAccess
We need a clear path to deliver a PreFab SmartLiving Home. You need to make sure that the trucks have space to drive in, turn, and unload safely. That means removing any trees, fences, or low-
hanging wires. If the site is inaccessible by truck, we can arrange
crane placement.

Yes! We partner with Enhancify to provide financing options for
our customers. You can complete a quick 60-second application to
